Hi, I bought the Pass4sure App on my Ipad some time ago. Is the 1.4.1 version App, and now I saw that there's a new Appe with the same name and ask me to buy it again. I paid like 10 usd for that version of Pass4sure, why I can't update that one to the actual App? Thanks
Hi, I've contacted iTunes Support and they said that I must contact you as the developer of the App for support. I'm in a loop here and I feel that I throw 10 usd to the trash because I have to pay again for an App that I already had in order to receive the updates. Thanks

Hi, If I can't recover those 10 usd because in a change in the App, is there any way to request a discount in the Desktop version of 24.99 and then I buy the Mobile App again, but right now I need one, or the Desktop or Mobile version, but I need to use it now and can't use the old App because the .vce files that I have are not compatible or to new. When we replaced the old versions of our apps for iPhone and iPad with a single iOS app, the Apple app store stopped recognizing customers who purchased the old version of our apps as being eligible for a free update. Please request a refund or a promo code from Apple through their iTunes support link:

They should issue the refund or promo code to you, and you can then download the latest version of our app.

If I purchase a license can I use it on more than one machine (i.e work and home).
Hello Joe,
Each copy of the personal license for Pass4sure Suite allows for installation on up to 5 computers for personal use. You will also receive free updates for the life of the product.
Once you register Pass4sure Suite, our system will record that registration and it will count against the total registrations allowed by your license. We have implemented a new feature that allows for manually "unregistering". You can do this from Manager by clicking the Help menu, then "About Pass4sure Manager", and then clicking "Unregister". Furthermore, after 6-12 months, our system stops counting old registrations against your total, and they automatically become available to you again. You can also purchase additional copies of the license at any time to increase your number of allowed registrations.

Hi,
I had the trial on my pc, and then purchased the full version. Any
VCE I open gives "External exception c0fb007f". How can I fix. It
works fine on one pc, just not the one that had the trial installed.
I've tried uninstall, delete reg keys, reinstall. That didnt fix it.

And, one more email. Since you said "Vista", it made me think to try
compatibility mode. That worked !!. I set it to use XP sp2. Exams
open fine now.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble installing Pass4sure Suite. Some users of Windows Vista have reported this error to us, and we are working on a fix now. We appreciate your patience during this time. I do not have an estimate for when the fix will be released.
For now, try to run the installer in Windows Compatibility Mode. Right-click the install file, select Properties, then click the Compatibility tab. Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select "Windows XP". Click the "OK" button, and then run the installer. You may have to follow this procedure with the "manager.exe" file in C:Program Files (x86)Pass4sure Suite after installation as well.
