Hi,
I have purchased Pass4sure on Google Play ( username )
It fails to install to my Samsung S3, but I notice now that there appears
to be 2 versions listed on Google Play. I have paid for version 3.2.1
which will not install, but you now have version 7 as a totally different
app?! Are you saying I have to buy it again to get the new version?!

Hi,
My original purchase of the mobile app was in July 2011 for $10. Whereas
now I will need to purchase for £9.99.
You will also see I have purchased the full suite on PC (under my other
email ).
If I purchase the new version and then give you that order number can you
refund that one at £9.99 so I am not out of pocket? The original order

We made some changes to our account with Google Play, and
unfortunately a lot of customer data is no longer linked to our
account. We have contacted Google about this problem. Although
upgrades for our app are always free to previous customers, it seems
that there is no way for customers using versions of our app older
than 3.3 to upgrade using the normal process. This is no problem for
you, however, because we can just refund your previous purchase, which
would allow you to then repurchase the app. Please send us your
purchase details such as the Google order number, and we will
authorize the refund.

You should not have to pay the new, higher price. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble downloading Pass4sure for Android. Please restart your device and try the download again.
If the problem persists, you may need to clear the cache of the Google Play app. This is done by going into your device Settings, then Apps
I purchased the Pass4sure Suite software for my 3 technicians, QTY 3 licenses, and see I was sent only 1 registration code licensed to me. Do they all just share this license code for their 3 copies and they can still install the software on their multiple computers up to 5?
I donít really want to do a refund to much hassle on my end through the purchasing department. As long as we have a QTY of 4 licenses that can be used on our multiple personal/work laptops and desktops between the 4 of us. I think it said we could do up to 5 computers per licenses so we should be able to install on 20 computers? Not that we have that many to install on.
So that means out of the 4 people we are licensed for we can install it on 20 computers between us meaning 5 computers each? We have work and personal laptops, desktops, and windows tablet devices. How do you unregister a device?
I still didnít get an answer if the number will count up to 20 since we bought 4 copies at 5 registrations per copy. Not that we will need that many but I donít want to run into a problem where it is the same registration key for all 4 of us and it only allows on 5 computers which between the 4 of us we have more than double that between us.

Each copy of the personal license for Pass4sure Suite allows for installation on up to 5 computers for personal use. You will also receive free updates for the life of the product.
Once you register Pass4sure Suite, our system will record that registration and it will count against the total registrations allowed by your license. We have implemented a new feature that allows for manually "unregistering". You can do this from Manager by clicking the Help menu, then "About Pass4sure Manager", and then clicking "Unregister". Furthermore, after 6-12 months, our system stops counting old registrations against your total, and they automatically become available to you again. You can also purchase additional copies of the license at any time to increase your number of allowed registrations.
You currently have 4 copies of the personal license for Pass4sure Suite "Designer + Manager". There is a single registration code associated with this license. If you would prefer to have multiple registration codes, you will need to make separate purchases using different email addresses. Let me know if you would like to do this, and I can issue a refund for your current purchase.

That's correct, just make sure to unregister the software once you stop using it on a particular computer to reclaim one of your allowed registrations.
