After taking a test, I want to print the questions that I have answered wrong, when I try to print I get an error "There is no default print currently selected".

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this printing bug. We are aware of it, and are working hard to fix it as soon as possible. I do not have an estimate of when a fix will be available, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
For now, you can still print entire exams from the Designer component of Pass4sure Suite.

A while ago I bought Pass4sure version 1.4.1 in the App store.
Now the application does not work correct anymore. I tried to find an update but only found a version I have to pay 13,99 euro for.
How come I have to pay again an cannot simply update?

refund or promo code.
I added the email conversation at the end of my email.
Is there anything you can do for me to fix this?

Dear Thijs,
Thank you for writing us back. I understand that you did contact the
developer and was advised to get a refund or a promotional code from the
iTunes Store. I could only imagine how frustrating it is when things aren't
working the way you expected them to be and I'm truly sorry for that.
I'm sorry, but when an item is removed entirely in the iTunes Store, or
modified, we no longer have access to the original one that you ordered,
since the replacement app provided by the developer is already a different
app than the old one. As mentioned, the availability of an app is left to
the determination of the content provider and Apple is not responsible if
the developer changes the app in any way.
Please know that your request for a refund for was carefully considered,
but my ability to address issues with purchases diminishes with time. In
the future, I do recommend that you report issues with purchases at your
earliest convenience so that we can be sure to provide the best possible
resolution for you.
As I can certainly see your position in these circumstances, I have passed
your concerns and comments on directly to my Senior Support team. What I am
going to do as well, is give you the link to our feedback form:

Any comments submitted on this page are individually reviewed, and reported
through the appropriate channels. As previously stated, I have also issued

You mentioned to contact the developer, but I already did and they
send me to your support site.
You also mentioned a free version of the app, but I'm sure you also
know that this app is just to demo the functions and not very
functional overall.
The old app also had a lite version which was free and very limited.
If the program was removed entirely, I could live with that. I've seen
it before with the Qouch app.
The strange thing is that the app still exists in the form I bought,
but was simply merged with the iPhone version into a universal app.
I think it's pretty cruel to let customers pay the full price for an update.
The developer stated that things went wrong with the merging of the
apps into the universal app.
This is their reply:
I apologize for the inconvenience. When we replaced the old versions
of our apps for iPhone and iPad with a single iOS app, the Apple app
store stopped recognizing customers who purchased the old version of
our apps as being eligible for a free update. Please request a refund
or a promo code from Apple through their iTunes support link.
Is there anything you can do for me?
