Hello,
Last week i purchased Pass4sure and everything is working well on my
Samsung S3, but on my Asus T201 i get only at the first question
checkboxes and after that they are going.. When i press beside the
question the answer is checked, but can't be unchecked.
Anything i can do about this?

Thank you for that information. Please uninstall Pass4sure, restart your device, and then reinstall Pass4sure 7.1 from Google Play.
If the problem persists, please let me know if it happens with multiple different .vce exam files, or just one in particular.

We have not yet been able to reproduce this problem. Some users have reported that a similar problem went away after installing the latest firmwareROM from the manufacturer of their device, or after formatting and restoring the factory operating system. We suspect that there is some other app that you may have installed that is interfering with our app. For example, an antivirus or firewall app. Using a non-default system font may be another cause of the issue for some users.

store, they each require a separate license. To use Pass4sure
Suite for Windows, you will have to purchase it even if you have
already purchased Pass4sure for iOS or Android.
The mobile version can be bought from your respective app store and most app stores don't apply discounts.

I just purchased your VCE player for Mac v 1.4.2 on the Apple App Store. I have found that nearly none of the VCE's out i the world work for this version. Most say that "Only standard exams are supported". I tried reloading, and copying again, etc. just as it states on the App Store, but this didn't work either.
I would like my money back, and I can't get it from the App Store directly, I am told I have to go through you. Please credit my account, same as email address above, the $14.99.

To whom it may concern,
I am unable to register my Pass4sure Manager. I copy and paste the
registration key from my email into the box and it says that the
registration key cannot be found. When I attempt the manual registration,
it says successful and tells me to restart the program. However, upon
restarting the program I am still in Trail Copy mode and cannot take any
exams. My registered email with you guys is . Any
