I recently updated my visual cert exam manager and now it states that my licence has been locked and to contact you. I'm trying to revise for an exam and this isn't helping can you please fix the issue

Make sure that you update to Pass4sure Suite 3.1, which can be downloaded here:

After installation, run the Manager component, click the Help menu, and then click "Register..." to begin the registration process. Enter your registration code exactly as I have pasted it below:

key together with new lines, exactly as I received the key

Hallo, Ich habe gestern auf Pass4sure Suite 3.1 aktualisiert und erhalte nun die Meldung, dass die Registrierung nicht mehr "geht". Den Lizenzschlüssel kann ich abrufen (mit Account ), jedoch keine Aktivierung mehr möglich. Bitte um Unterstützung. Herzlichen Dank.

after manual registration product is still TRIAL COPY. I get the comunicat: "Licence has been successfullly activated.
To complete your registration, click "Finish" and than restart the application."
I did that, and it still does not work.
